Hi I’m Lisa,

An Infant Sleep Consultant and mum of two. I’ve always been passionate about supporting families, and for over 12 years I’ve worked as a Private Nanny, caring for children and supporting parents through everyday routines, big transitions, and everything in between.

During that time, I supported families through all kinds of life moments; starting school, adjusting to changes at home, and supporting individual needs. I have also seen firsthand how much sleep (or lack of it) can affect the whole family. That’s a big part of what led me to train as a sleep consultant.

As a mum, I understand how exhausting things can get. There’s so much that falls on your shoulders, and when sleep is broken or missing, everything feels harder. That’s why it’s so important to me that mums feel heard, supported, and understood. You’re not alone in this. As a busy working mum, I needed predictablity and a routine that worked around my work commitments but It was so important to me that my girls felt supported as they developed the independence in their sleep space. I believe you can be present, responsive and still achieve your desired sleep goals.

I hold a Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Studies, and my approach is shaped by my work as Nanny and real-life experience as a mum. I believe sleep support works best when it’s aligned with your lifestyle and tailored to your little one’s needs. I encourage parents to lean into what feels right to them whilst we work at a pace that suits your goals.
