I’m Lisa,
A certified Infant Sleep Consultant with over 12 years of experience as a Private Nanny. Throughout those years, I supported many families with their children’s development, daily routines, and of course—sleep! That hands-on experience has helped shape the gentle and responsive approach I now use to support families through sleep challenges.
Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel incredibly heavy, especially when you’re exhausted. As a mum of two, I recognise the positive impact of a restful night’s sleep. It’s just as important for your little one as it is for you. You can’t pour from an empty cup. That’s why I bring not just my professional experience, but also real-life understanding to the way I support you.
